Introducing Otto… Our popular vintage themed Derk the clown’s younger brother! This 2-piece fully weathered and aged heavy cotton twill costume features oversized sleeves with exaggerated elastic cuffs and heavy duty separating zippered closure.  The faux ruffled lower hemlines on the top as well as the pants give it the perfect contrast to his brothers good looks. The removable 2 layered collar has gathered twill upper and black trimmed tulle below that ties in back with heavy twill tape.
