He is back….Say hello once again to Spangles! He is a star-studded member of our Crazy Clown Corps. Our patriotic Spangles costume is a professionally sewn and distressed heavy cotton clown costume that includes a one-piece body, neck ruffle, and a miniature matching top hat that makes the perfect accessory for this one-of-a-kind costume. With double ruffles, multicolored oversized pompoms, detailed multi “star” appliques on body and collar,  convenience zipper for men, and optional zippered pockets, this professional (and unique) clown costume is top of the line.  Spangles is only offered in a distressed option.
